Suaimhneas - Depression recovery

Suaimhneas is run by Barry & Joanne Condon from Blarney. Our goal is to see healing in every area of one's being, body, soul, mind and spirit. Our approach to recovery is varied, from prayer at the meetings, to one to one Biblical advice and support during the week. We also place a large emphasis on educating oneself about the causes, symptoms and cures for depression.

Our ultimate aim is to 'walk' with those going through this 'dark valley' until they emerge again into the light of day. With God all things are possible !
