Youth Work

Amárach is the Irish (Gaelic) word for "Tomorrow".  At Grace Cork we see our teenagers as the movers & shakers of tomorrow's church, but also very much part of today's church.

Amárach is for all those who attend secondary school from first year to sixth year (12 - 18). It is led by local Christian, Charleen Cuneen, who also have a vibrant team of other local young adult volunteers to help her run the meetings & activities.

Amárach meets every Friday Evening at 7.30pm in Deerpark. It alternates every week for either Follower Friday or Friendship Friday. "Follower" is a full on Christian Experience of Worship, Bible Study & Holy Spirit ministry. "Friendship" is a social & fun time with many activities and space to hang out together.

G20 - Faith & Friendship for young adults

G20 meet every second week at various venues. Email: g20@graceireland.com. Ronan and Lorna Dennehy - 086 8657904

Drama Group

"Parables Productions" started about six years ago, with just seven members. We chose the name because of the verse in Matt 13v34 where we read that Jesus did not speak to the people without using parables. We feel that this is what we are doing, telling the stories of the bible through drama. If you would like to get involved, please contact Janet O' Connell on 021 4896068

Intercessory Prayer group

Our prayer intercessors meet at Deerpark every Friday evening at 7.30pm and Sunday mornings at 9.15am to ask God for His presence at both meetings.

Womens Ministry

Flourish is an event inspired by the Holy Spirit to bless women in Cork.

It's all about women coming together to bring glory to their King, the Lord Jesus Christ and for the opportunity to fellowship and connect with one another. Flourish is an opportunity to invite your friends from other fellowships or friends or colleagues who haven't yet met and fallen in love with the Prince of Peace.

So, come and be spoilt. Just a little bit. Come and have your nails pampered. Enjoy a little bit of ‘me time' with a cuppa; a bit of brekkie And a lot of chatting and connecting with other women.

See the official flourish website

A life devoted to things is a dead life, a stump; a God-shaped life is a flourishing tree - Proverbs 11:28 (Msg)

Kids Club

Here at Grace we run a full children's programme of activities every Sunday morning at both of our main services. We encourage families and children to worship together and our Kidzone groups take place during the sermon and ministry time. We also host a children's club each Friday night at the same venue.

In our Sunday schedule we have three groups(or classes) which cater for the different age ranges of children. In each group the Kidzone teachers use interactive study, games, music, drama, quizzes, crafts and lots more to engage the kids with Jesus and His word.
The three groups are:
“Splish” which caters for early primary school aged children who would attend junior or senior infants.
“Splash” which caters for children who attend 1 st -3 rd classes in primary school.
“Xstream” this group is aimed at 4 th -6 th class and is aimed at preparing children for the transition to youth group.

“Kidzone Friday” takes place each Friday evening at Deerpark school from 7.00-8.30pm and is a fun club aimed at giving our children an opportunity to make friends with other Christian kids, with lots of games, bible stories, songs, memory verses, and treats. It is our desire to see our children understand that being part of God's kingdom can be fun and exciting!

Grace Crèche
Each Sunday morning Grace also provides two crèches for babies and young children.
"Toddlers” caters for infants up to the age of 3 yrs and for nursing mothers, while “Wobblers” is a crèche for children aged 3+ and includes games, stories, crafts and small treats to engage the kids. Both these crèches are available during the sermon in both services each Sunday morning.
